Group Breathwork Events

These community events are offered by Christina as a way to bring people together in an intimate setting to experience the restorative and transformative effects of breathwork.

 

The circles typically go for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours and include a 60 minute breath journey as well as instruction on the technique and optional group sharing before and after.

Circles are limited to a maximum of 10 people.

New Year's Intention Setting Breathwork Ceremony

Would you like to be intentional with your start to the new year?

Would you like to bring clarity, focus and attention to your vision for the next 12 months of your life?

What needs to align? 
What needs to be cleared and released so you can move forward?

Please join me for this special intention setting breathwork ceremony that will invite you into deeper reflection and connection with yourself. You will be invited to engage with somatic awareness, visualization and vocalization, to move and shake your body, and envision and set your intention for where you want to go this year. 

​

The practice of intention setting is not new. Within the yoga tradition is the practice of sankalpa, or resolve. A sankalpa practice starts from the radical premise that you already are who you need to be to fulfill your life’s dharma. All you need to do is focus your mind, connect to your most heartfelt desires, and channel the divine energy within.

​

Once you have prepared the ground for your journey, you will be invited to lie down and breathe. This is a gentle conscious connected form of breathwork that serves to regulate your nervous system, help you to process emotions, let go of tension and open to higher states of consciousness and awareness.

What does Conscious Connected Breathwork entail?

You will be invited to breathe in a relaxed, continuous and circular rhythm while lying down for approximately 60 minutes. My role is to support you in finding a relaxed and open breath pattern through gentle hands-on facilitation, presence and verbal guidance. As this is a trauma-informed approach, permission would be requested in advance.

Cancellation Policy
24+ hours: credit (valid for six months). Less than 24 hours notice: no credit or refund.

I just want to extend a warm and grateful thank you to you for the recent breathwork session. I really enjoyed the experience, and all of the attendees were so welcoming. It was lovely. 

 

I must say that I feel different. More balanced, positive, and awake to the beauty that is all around me. It is a quiet thing, but noticeable. I have distinct memories of your lovely presence on my journey, your soft voice and touch guiding me. You are absolutely lovely.
