This training is designed for those in the helping profession including clinical counsellors, coaches, yoga teachers, bodyworkers and anyone looking for a well-rounded, grounded and expansive foundation for breathwork facilitation. It will provide you with the opportunity to first experience breathwork for yourself and then facilitate it for others. Transform your patterns, deepen your self-awareness and find greater congruence in your life. Learn to attune to another, see their patterns and gently support them in letting go and experiencing anew. This in-depth and hybrid (in-person and virtual) training will enable you to facilitate conscious connected breathwork one-on-one, with small groups and virtually.

The uniqueness of this training lies in its synthesis of science, psychology, ethical and trauma-informed practice and spirituality. It is taught by an experienced and skillful senior breathwork trainer, Christina Niven, who has extensive training and experience in breathwork, trauma-informed theory and practice, clinical counselling, somatic experiencing, yoga therapy and years of personal practice on yogic and earth medicine paths. In addition, the training offers mentorship and consultation throughout the practicum to provide you with support you need as you learn to be a skilled and trauma-informed facilitator. Each cohort will be kept to a maximum of eight students to foster enhanced learning, connection, safety and support.
