Q: Do you offer in-person and/or virtual sessions?
A: Yes, both are offered.
Q: What are your hours?
A: In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays, 11 am - 7 pm. Virtual sessions are available Monday and Tuesday, 11 am - 7pm, and Thursday 9 -11 am, 3 - 7 pm.

Q: What is your fee?
A: Sessions are $160/hour.

Q: Are you covered by health insurance?
A: Yes, Christina Niven (owner of SoulSpring Counselling & Wellness) is an accredited Registered Clinical Counsellor (BC) and Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario). Most insurance companies cover counselling sessions provided by RCCs and RPs. Please double check with your provider.

Q: What are your counselling approaches?
A: I offer an integrated and holistic approach to counselling that includes cognitive, somatic, emotional and relational therapies. Specific counselling approaches include Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy (NT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, my approach is informed by over 25 years experience of my own personal therapeutic work. This includes many years practicing yoga, breathwork and earth medicine paths.

Q. When is your next breathwork facilitators' training?
A: September 2026 - May 2027 in Vancouver BC, partly in-person over five weekends, partly virtual for some didactic and group consultations.

Q: How often do you offer community breathwork events?
A: Generally they are small intimate groups of seven people and are scheduled every 2 - 3 months apart.

Q: Do you offer private group or couples breathwork sessions?
A: Yes. The cost will depend on the group size, venue location and if travel outside of the Vancouver area is required.
