Breathwork Events

These community circles are offered by Christina as a way to bring people together in an intimate setting to experience the restorative and transformative effects of breathwork. The circles typically go for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours and include a 45 - 60 minute breath journey as well as instruction on the technique and optional group sharing before and after.

October's theme: self-compassion

Breathe - March 9, 2025 (Facebook Post).png
Please join me for an upcoming morning practice that invites you inwards to connect with your body, heart and soul. Together we will explore a monthly focus or theme and then bring it into meditation, reflection, gentle movement and a conscious connected breathwork journey. Start your day with conscious intention and self-care.

Feel your body, breath and the deeper currents of your emotional experience. Be present with yourself.

One of the most valuable and empowering gifts of conscious connected breathwork is learning how to be in your body while also allowing your emotions move through you. Learn how to regulate your nervous system and deeply resource yourself.

This is a gentle form of conscious connected breathwork that serves to regulate your nervous system, help you allow your emotions, let go of tension and open to higher consciousness and awareness. The breath journey is done while lying down for approximately 45 - 60 minutes.
