This six week series will NOURISH! in all aspects of Being - physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Our deep dive together will be with an intimate circle of ten. During our time, we will share and develop authentic connection - so important for nourishing our hearts.

We will reflect on our physical-mental-emotional patterns and how they either serve or hinder the ability to nourish ourselves. We will consider how we can have more self-care.

Our beliefs, stories and behaviours can either serve to support or diminish our feelings of being NOURISHed in our lives.

On a spiritual level, we will be invited to connect within - to come home to ourselves - and to align with a higher wisdom for our lives.

In addition to varying activities each week, we will have either a gentle yoga or movement practice, and breathwork in each session.

Gentle somatic yoga and conscious connected breathwork serve to gently help the body open, to clear and open energy channels and to transform patterns that may be holding you back.  This style of gentle breathwork facilitates an integration of unprocessed experiences and emotions. It serves to alter brainwave states, and bridges to the subconscious mind where beliefs, programming, and emotional suppression all live. Suppression of any kind requires energy and is depleting, so to release it is to find greater wholeness, expression and personal freedom.  Replace old patterns with new life-giving ones instead, and be NOURISH!ed.


The benefits of breathwork are amplified and deepened through regular practice. Breathing with a group on a weekly basis further facilitates this, and is highly recommended for those seeking shifts on a fundamental level in their lives.

Please do your best to attend all classes if possible  as each is an essential part of the whole and builds progressively from the previous week.
