Self-care is an essential part of living a healthy life and having healthy, meaningful relationships.
When we manage our inner resources and tend to our needs, we develop a reservoir of energy and are able to generously share with others. We can best give from a full cup, when it is overflowing.
It is a dance that takes time, practice and patience to learn and implement.
And when we do, life is so much better for all involved.
IN THIS EIGHT WEEK SERIES, YOU WILL:
Cultivate a deeper relationship to self-care that will ripple out into all aspects of your life
Examine underlying beliefs and patterns that affect your ability and willingness to practice self-care
Re-pattern your beliefs and behaviours in a way that is accessible and achievable
Learn how to have a more loving, compassionate and kind relationship with yourself
Experience more joy, love and energy in your life

Please do your best to attend all classes if possible as each is an essential part of the whole and builds progressively from the previous week.
